We do treat it, and for many clients it works well. But this is the only area on this page where we cannot promise you a result — and we would rather tell you here than after you have paid.
- Hormones keep it coming back. Facial hair in women is usually driven by hormones, not only by the follicles that exist today. The laser can treat the hair that is there. It cannot stop your body from making new ones.
- The hair is often too fine or too light. The laser finds hair by its pigment. Fine, blond or grey hair on the chin and upper lip gives it very little to work with.
- It needs more sessions, and usually maintenance. Where legs may need 8–10 sessions and then stop, the face often needs more — and top-ups once or twice a year.
What we do promise: an honest assessment at the free skin test, and a straight answer if we think it will not work for you. Sometimes we say no. That costs us a booking and saves you money.

Max plan — 5 prepaid sessions
Hair grows in cycles, so one session is never the whole story. A typical course is 8–10 sessions, the first five spaced 5–6 weeks apart — and that is exactly what Max plan covers, at a quarter off.
Five or more treatments paid in one bill — any areas, any mix — and the 25% discount applies to the whole bill, not to the first five.
Prepaid treatments never expire. Come back in a year or in two — they are still yours. Unused treatments are refunded at the price you actually paid. We never take the discount back.

Booking, changes and refunds
No deposit to book. Packages (Max plan) are prepaid.
Need to move or cancel? Tell us on WhatsApp — ideally at least 2 hours before. If it is later, nothing is lost: prepaid treatments stay yours, no fees, no penalties. We only ask you to avoid it — that slot could have gone to someone else.
Running late? We hold your slot for the full length of the treatment you booked.
Prepaid treatments never expire — come back in a year or in two, they are still yours.
Changed your mind? We refund every treatment you have not used, at the price you actually paid. The discount is never taken back.
Example6 Brazilian sessions prepaid for 3.600.000 IDR — 600.000 each. You used 2; the other 4 come back: 2.400.000 IDR.
Quick answers
How many sessions will I need?
Usually 8–10, spaced 5–6 weeks apart at the start. You will see 10–15% less hair after each one. Hormones, area and hair color all shift the number — the therapist gives you a realistic estimate at the free skin test.
Will it work on my skin — I am tanned right now
Most likely yes. We run three laser types — Alexandrite, Diode and Nd:YAG. YAG is designed for tanned and darker skin, which is why we can treat safely in Bali all year. We confirm the choice with a free patch test before the first treatment. Read more: laser hair removal on tanned skin →
Does it hurt?
Nearly painless. Modern cooling makes it far more comfortable than waxing — most clients describe a warm snap. Bikini and upper lip are the most sensitive areas; tell the therapist and she will adjust.
What is the difference between Bikini deep and Brazilian?
Bikini deep treats the front — the line plus the area going inward, leaving hair on the pubic mound. Brazilian removes everything at the front, including the pubic mound, and adds the back — the area between the buttocks. Both are shown on the illustrations above.
Why is chin & upper lip the only area without a guarantee?
Because facial hair in women is usually hormonal. Laser removes the hair that is there, but it cannot stop the body from producing new follicles — so regrowth is common, and the hair is often too fine or too light for the laser to see well. We will treat it if you want, and we will tell you honestly at the free skin test whether we think it is worth your money. Every other area on this page behaves predictably.
